The goals of Intersections are to engage faculty and staff with the mission and to foster a spirit of university citizenship that strengthens the institution. We offer seminars, retreats, and international immersion trips for faculty and staff. Participants reflect on questions with colleagues from different departments and offices. And in some cases by traveling away from campus for retreats and immersion trips, they gain perspective on their work and talk freely about the rewards and challenges of academic life.
